Liquid Cargo & Ballast Handling Simulation (Basic LNG)(SLB)– 2 days (Online)

This course provides training required by junior officers working onboard LNG tankers that meets the requirements framework of STCW 2010 (with Manila amendments) that relates to IMO model courses 1.04 “Basic Training for Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations” and IMO 1.36 “Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Tanker Cargo & Ballast Handling Simulator” following DNV Maritime Simulator Systems standard and OCIMF marine terminal training and competence assessment guidelines for oil terminal and product terminals and SIGTTO requirements.

Entry Requirements

• Officers in charge of navigational watch on ships of 500 gross tonnage or more
• Have acquired a sea time of 6 -12 months.
• Have valid Seafarer Identity Card
