Basic Oil & Chemical Training (BOCT)

Advance Oil Tanker Training (AOTT) – 5 Days (FTF)

This course provides training for Masters, chief engineer, chief mates, second engineer and any person with immediate responsibility for loading, unloading care in transit and handling of cargo. The course provided is as Section A-V/1-1 para 3 of the STCW Code 1978, as amended, including the Manila amendments 2010 adopted by Seafarers.

Entry standards

This course is open to persons with immediate responsibility for loading, unloading care in transit, handling of cargo, tank cleaning or other cargo related operations on oil tankers. It comprises of seafarers who have qualified in accordance with Regulation V/1-1 para 4 with minimum 3 months sea time on tankers.

• Have valid Seafarer Identity Card
• Have valid Medical Certificate issued by an accredited Medical Practitioner Approved by Malaysia Marine Department
