The course is provided with cloud technology with a realistic and immersive environment for training and education in maritime navigational operations where trainees can practice their skills and decision-making abilities in various simulated scenarios such as collision avoidance, transiting narrow channels, adverse weather conditions and emergency situations when proceeding in the straits of Malacca and Singapore.

Entry Requirements

This course is open to senior deck officers of Class 2 and 1 Certificate of Competency. Mandatory minimum requirements for certification of masters and chief mates on ships of 500 gross tonnage or more.
